Individual Therapy

For adolescents or adults navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, or the exhaustion of holding everything together. We go at your pace, using approaches that are grounded in evidence and built around who you are.

Parent Coaching

For parents raising kids who are sensitive, intense, or hard to reach. We will work on what is getting in the way of connection and on how to hold limits without losing the relationship.

Fees & Insurance

Money can be a complicated thing to bring into a healing space. At Con Cariño, I want the process to feel transparent, not transactional.

Here is what you need to know:

Accepted Insurance

Con Cariño Psychotherapy accepts the following insurance plans:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

  • Cigna

  • United Healthcare (UHC)

If you have one of these plans, please contact me to verify your specific benefits before your first session. Coverage varies depending on your plan, and we want you to go in informed.

Self-Pay / Out-of-Pocket

Self-pay is also welcome.

Self-pay sessions are $165 for a 50-minute individual session.

If you are using insurance, you typically pay only your copay, depending on your plan.

Not sure what you would owe? That is exactly what the free 15-minute consultation is for.

We will figure it out together before you commit to anything.

If cost is a concern, please tell me. I believe financial barriers should not be the reason someone does not get support.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected costs of your care. As a self-pay or uninsured client, you may request a written Good Faith Estimate before your first appointment. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.

You have never done this before. That is okay.

Here is what it looks like.

Therapy can feel unfamiliar, especially if no one in your family ever talked about it.

Here is what the process actually looks like at Con Cariño.

Step 1: Reach Out

Fill out the contact form or call directly. You will hear back within one to three business days.

Step 2: Your Free 15-Minute Consultation

We will hop on a quick call so you can share what is bringing you in, ask whatever you need to know, and decide whether this feels right. No obligation.

Step 3: Your First Session

The first session is mostly about getting to know each other. I will ask questions, you will share what you are comfortable sharing, and together we will start to get a picture of what you are carrying and where you want to go.

Step 4: Finding Your Rhythm

Most clients meet weekly or biweekly. Over time, we will adjust based on what you need. There is no pressure to commit to anything long-term right away. The goal is progress that fits your real life.

You do not have to be in crisis to come to therapy.

You do not have to have the “right” reason.

Wanting more for yourself is reason enough.
